So I just got mind yesterday and tried it this morning along with the 3 workouts it gives in the brochure. So far I am extremely pleased and very excited! I've dealt with back pain for many years and I'm only 24 years old and once I put it on I could definitely see a difference in my posture and how my overall back felt (which is relieved!) As simple as the workouts are I definitely felt the burn in my shoulders as I repeated the steps. I have a super tiny waist (seen in photos) so I was afraid the fitting would be off but no they really did do a great job making it super adjustable.

I am a yoga teacher and I'm investigating posture correctors as something to refer to my clients. This brace is excellent
The brace is solidly constructed and actually FEELS GOOD to wear. Materials and craftsman ship are on-par with the best knee brace I ever had.
I like this one a lot because of its 'cummerbund' torso band. I would recommend that when you cinch that band, you include some of your lower ribs. In doing so, you accomplish two of the yoga postural cues that I constantly give:
-Shoulders Back and Down
-Knit the rib bones together.
its possible to 'do' yoga while wearing the brace, but i really think its better to wear in everyday life and save yoga practice as something else
The Back Brace Posture Corrector won't force the wearer to *not* to slouch - it instead *encourages* correct posture in a comfortable and effective manner (I've been wearing it for about a week of extended daily use underneath my shirts, directly against my body). It is reasonably priced and an excellent option for someone seeking to correct their posture. It *won't* transform your posture into something like a Marine drill sergeant's overnight, it *will* help you get started to to better posture. I'm a 5'9" male, weigh 140, and size Large fit me nicely, only adjustment was pulling the shoulder straps as tight as possible.

Before I found this; I bought another brace & ended up putting it in the give away bag. Got this yesterday & only wore it for 20 mins. today; I really like this, it's comfortable & does what it claims. Will increase the time as the days go by; then I will return to update this review.

It was adjustable in the right places, and so far, as long as I've kept to the instructions and recommendations - it's been comfortable enough to add to my day without feeling like it's not doing anything. I can definitely tell a difference between what I thought was me standing up "straight" and what is actually standing up straight - real difference. I'm going to keep up with it (some of the exercises I'm so not ready for yet! ) because I think it will help my sciatica and I really think it's going to be preventative medicine as I get older.
This is a well-made harness. of sorts. True to the advertising, you should definitely give yourself a warm up period to wear it a couple of hours each day until you get used to the strangeness/irritation of the straps that go under your arms. With me it only took one pre-wear before I was ready to go. The discomfort under my arms work as part of the incentive to keep my shoulders back, because when my shoulders are back, the harness is much more comfortable. It definitely works are far as helping to remind me to improve my posture. I don't know about the long term muscle-strengthening aspect, since I've only been wearing it full days for 3 days now. I'd recommend it.
This really helps my posture throughout the day. I work from home so I'm always slouching in front of the computer and have felt lots of back pain lately. This keeps my shoulders pulled back and my back straight which is exactly what I need.
