What size do I need?

Sizes can often vary depending on the brand. Each product should have their own measurement tables for you to compare yourself against.

From the time I place my order, how long will it be before I receive it?

When placing your order, please note the following: For all orders within the USA, please allow 5 - 14 business days for delivery. For all orders outside of the USA, please allow 10 - 21 business days for delivery.

If you have not received your order within the time frame listed above, then please allow at least 3 weeks prior to contacting us to check on the status of your shipping.

What is the processing time for my order?
Due to high demand processing time is typically 2 to 5 business days and your items will ship as soon as they are ready.

I want to find out the status of my order. When will I be able to track my order?

You will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped. When it is available it will be sent to you via the email address that we have on file.

Only part of my order showed up. Where is the rest of my order?

Your order may come from different suppliers, therefore it may arrive at different times and have different tracking numbers.

My order is missing parts or is broken. What do I need to do?

Please contact our customer service department here or simply click on Message Us tab in the bottom right corner of the page and we'll help you resolve the problem!

I just placed my order but decided that I want to cancel it. What do I need to do?

To cancel your order, we must hear from you that day by midnight UTC. Otherwise your order will be processed and shipped out according to our terms.

I'm not happy with my order. How can I return it?

No, but please don’t misunderstand this as any lack of interest! We’d love to answer your questions! We know the decision to omit phone support is unusual, but after experimenting with different approaches, we’ve found that starting with email and chat enables us to provide the fastest response.
